About this property

Terraced house, ground floor, facing south, very quiet

We accept small dogs and cats. For payment we are members checks. The accommodation includes access, terrace, garden furniture and awnings awning. On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 beds trundle for 2 individual beds, dining room / kitchen, fully equipped, TV, dishwasher, microwave, oven tradi ... then the shower room with sink and wc. Upstairs we find a large bedroom with 140 bed, and a bathroom with washing machine, sink and toilet. The car is parked on his private area in the property. The terrace can be locked to store bicycles or other. Out of the rental, The nearest beaches are 10 minutes walk from the house, the bakery is 3 min walk, The Crouesty and restaurants 5 minutes. There Arzon 2 supermarkets, one with drive, a pharmacy, 3 doctors, nurses and physiotherapists. In season, there are three weekly markets on the site, with of course its fishmongers and sales Breton futures. Our village is at the end of the peninsula Rhuys, with about 20km of hiking trails that make the turn along either the sea or the Gulf

très bon séjour à Arzon. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. La maison est très bien équipée et particulièrement bien située près d centre d'Arzon. Le port du Crouesty et Port Navalo sont également accessible facilement.

Pas de contact avec la gestionnaire à l'arrivée et au depart (boite à clés). Location décorée et équipée sommairement. Salle de bain entachée de moisissures. Escalier inadapté aux personnes âgées (beaucoup trop raide et marches très etroites. Pas de materiel de nettoyage (serpilliere). Location en fond cour avec vue sur un chantier.

Excellentes vacances dans un bel environnement

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil des propriétaires, très disponibles et soucieux que tout se passe bien. La maison très bien située par rapport aux commerces, non loin des plages et du port de Crouesty. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse et nous y retournerons volontiers;

Maisonnette bien équipée idéale pour découvrir la presqu'île de Rhuys

Maisonnette au calme à 5mn à pied du centre du village et de son excellente boulangerie, à 10mn à pied du sentier côtier qui permet une belle découverte des côtes et à 30mn de l'embarcadère pour partir à la découverte du golfe. Idéale pour un séjour sans voiture

Maison idéale pour un couple et possible à quatre. Bien qu'elle soit mitoyenne, il n'y a aucun bruit perceptible. Logement propre, très bien équipé (un WC et lavabo à chaque niveau + douche italienne au rez-de-chaussée, ). Une très bonne literie. Terrasse agréable. stationnement pratique du véhicule. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a bien accueilli avec ses petites douceurs que nous avons bien appréciées. Je recommande vivement cette maison idéalement bien placée sur le golfe à deux pas des commodités. En résumé : GENIAL
