Welcome to this cozy apartment located in a quiet residence with swimming pool, in a residential area a few steps from Lake Garda.
The apartment has a furnished balcony with a pleasant view of the pool and has been taken care of in detail and equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay, both for short holidays and for longer stays.
In front of the entrance of the residence there is a large free public car park, easily accessible at any time.
The location is ideal for walking to the equipped beaches, the characteristic kiosks on the lake and enjoying beautiful sunsets. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach Sirmione, the pearl of Lake Garda, while the historic center of Desenzano del Garda is about 30 minutes away on foot.
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 28 nights
