Well designed space has a mix of industrial and modern charm with exposed brickwork, large scale expressive artworks & steel beams. Relax in front of your favorite series, enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony & take in the views or head out & enjoy some of the best restaurants on your doorstep.
This large one-bedroom 4th floor apartment comfortably sleeping 3 people &
boasts style and modern luxury is the perfect base from which to explore the very best of Barcelona.
Spread over 80m² (861sq. feet) in a well maintained modernist building its fully air conditioned, flooded with natural daylight & enjoys iconic views towards the Montjuic mountain & majestic sunsets.
Well maintained and decorated to a high standard with designer furniture and appliances. High speed fibre optic Wifi through out, a large SMART TV and a dedicated desk area with desk & chair to ensure that working from home is comfortable.
The spacious living area with large original artworks & exposed brick is home to the kitchen area, dining, lounge, extra sleeping space if needed & the balcony with seating & palms.
The integrated modern kitchen is fully equipped for those that enjoy to cook & prepare food at home. With high end appliances & cookware you’ll have a full oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, dishwasher, Toaster, blender, juicer, steamer, drip coffee, and stylish dining, glass & kitchenware.
After spending the day exploring the city, you'll enjoy relaxing in the lounge area with a movie or sharing a night cap whilst admiring the view.
There is also a hidden single pull out bed for extra sleeping space, with the same quality linens provided.
To the back of the apartment, off the entrance hall you'll find the spacious master bedroom with exposed brickwork, expressive artworks, Persian rugs & wall mounted TV, it has complete black out for a restful nights sleep & you'll enjoy the sumptuous memory foam mattress (160 x 200cm) and crisp white bedding. There is plenty of storage & hanging space to keep the space stylish & clutter free. There is also a safety deposit box for your use.
The bathroom area in black marble has a large mirror, walk in rain shower, WC with bidet shower, large vanity area with wash basin, hairdryer and has a spa like feel. We provide all our guests with fresh white towels, shower gel, shampoo and bathroom essentials.
There is also a hidden laundry closet with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and steam iron for your convenience.
You´ll have complete access to the entire apartment and its amenities during your stay, we simply ask that you treat the space as if it were your own home.
We´ll be there to welcome you, introduce you to the home and answer any questions you may have, after that we´ll be available 24/7 in case of emergency and via Airbnb message feed for any other needs.
Eixample Izquerda (left of Eixample) is one of Barcelona´s most sought after neighbourhoods for locals & a popular choice for visitors in the know with is tree lined streets, magnificient modernist buildings & grid like layout & just a few streets from the iconic Paseo de Gracia & stylish Enrice Granados with its magnificent restaurantes, stylish terrace cafes, bars, avant guard feeling & upmarket shopping.
The apartment is also in the heart of locally known´Gayexample´, a popular neighbourhood for the LGBT community, with stylish bars, avant guard restaraunts, buzzing nighlife, cafes, cabertet and clothig stores.
With easy access to teh rest of the city Eixample makes for the best location for a visit to Barcelona.
There is one locked wardrobe / cupboard in the master bedroom that is not for guest use.
In spring 2023 there are scheduled improvement works to the pavements in the area ( the area will become pedestrian only) although they do no affect our apartment directly, it should be noted.
