Located just 9 minutes from Copacabana beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! Furthermore, it is 7 minutes from Cardeal Arcoverde metro station.
For clearer and more transparent communication, we inform you of the following information regarding garage usage:
⚠️ Entry to the condominium garage is prohibited for floors G to G5 for the following car brands: Toyota Hilux (SRV and SW4), Chevrolet S10 (high chassis and single cab), Volkswagen Amarok and similar vehicles of the same size. These models are only permitted access to the ground floor and basement garages.
⚠️ Guests are not authorised to enter the garage with companions for movements between floors G5 to the basement and vice versa. Only the vehicle driver will be permitted to access the garage. Companions must wait in the entrance hall of the gatehouse or outside the building.
⚠️ Use of ramps:
• It is mandatory to turn on headlights when using the ramps.
• Vehicles descending the ramp must wait for the gate to open completely.
• The vehicle going up the ramp will ALWAYS have priority on the route.
⚠️ The parking spaces on floors G and G1 are for exclusive use by residents. Only in emergency cases may guests use them with prior authorisation from the porter, and only until 10 a.m.
⚠️ The entry authorisation card should be placed on top of the vehicle panel in a visible manner to facilitate communication.
⚠️ Lifts:
• Guests in apartments ending in 01, 02, 03 and 04 must use the lifts in block A (right side of the building).
• Guests in apartments ending in 05, 06, 07 and 08 must use the lifts in block B (left side).

For everything to go smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be enough time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to check in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day for the process to be completed.
⚠️ The reception desk is not authorised to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your baggage here at our agency.
⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise from 10 p.m. onwards (Noise Ordinance).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
⚠️ Use the entrance and service lift when you have luggage or swimwear.
⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100.00 per day from the security deposit.
⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be hired and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.
⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
