Appartement idéalement situé à proximité des plages d'Ipanema et de Copacabana, très bien équipé, calme et sécurisé par un gardien. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Denise est réactive et à l'écoute pour que tout se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons chaudement et sans aucune réserve !

Schöne Wohnung

Zwischen Copacabana und Ipanema gelegen sind die Wege an die Strände kurz. Rundherum liegen gute Restaurants und ein großer Supermarkt. Die Wohnung selbst hat zwar nur Fenster in die Höfe, ist aber besonders sympathisch und wohnlich ausgestattet. Der Service vor Ort war danke Denise excellent! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden gern wiederkommen.

Apartamento excelente, tal como está nas imagens. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Móveis, utensílios, cama, mesa e banho tudo excelente. Espaço ótimo para até 4 pessoas. Todas as dependências grandes. Cozinha conjugada com sala, deixando tudo muito mais prático e organizado. Nos sentimos em casa! Localização maravilhosa, perto da praia, em frente ao supermercado 24 horas, a uma quadra do metrô, ônibus em frente. E o atendimento da Denise é formidável, super disposta a ajudar e contribuir pra estadia da gente ser ainda mais maravilhosa. Recomendadíssimo!

Excelente relação Custo x Benefício

Ótima localização: uma quadra da praia de Ipanema, duas quadras das pedras do Arpoador, na mesma quadra da praça Osório (onde fica o metrô para ir a Copacabana, Flamengo, Lapa, etc). Mercado e farmácia próximos. Ótima estrutura: cozinha bem equipada, colchões confortáveis (não são aqueles colchões finos e moles que normalmente colocam em casas de temporada), ar-condicionados split que climatizam facilmente o apartamento inteiro, 2 banheiros e com chuveiros muito bons, portaria 24h. Ótimo atendimento: a responsável pelo contato é muito correta, inclusive na parte de assinatura de contrato, recepção e disponibilidade para tirar dúvidas. Será o primeiro apartamento que vou procurar disponibilidade em viagens futuras ao Rio.

O apto tem uma localização privilegiada, um quarteirão da praia, uns 50 metros do supermercado, e alguns metros de restaurantes! É muito bem conservado e muito funcional! Com certeza é recomendado! Sem contar que a Denise nos recebeu muito bem, deu várias dicas e foi super atenciosa. Voltarei assim que puder! Obrigado. Mário.
