Two-story vacation home with brand new 6-person wilderness bath, partially renovated in 2020, with activities for the whole family, located only about 250 meters from the water at Thyborøn. The house offers various activities, providing many hours of entertainment for the whole family, including billiards, table football, electronic darts, soccer goals, and a trampoline. Please note that use of the trampoline is at your own risk. New: Gaming/playroom - PS3 with various games and karaoke. Toys and board games for the little ones. The house is heated by district heating, which means lower consumption. The vacation home is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen/family room. The living room has a flat-screen TV with built-in Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services, as well as high-speed internet. In addition, there are German channels via satellite. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy autumn evenings. Nice kitchen with ceramic hob, separate oven, separate mini oven, refrigerator, separate freezer, coffee machine, and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a high chair and a weekend bed in the house. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. Conservatory with lounge furniture. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds and single beds. In addition, there is a guest bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. The house has an open terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. Behind the house is an enclosed garden, so your dog can run around freely. On the terrace, you will also find the house's brand new wilderness bath for 6 people, which is heated with firewood. Firewood can be purchased on site. The house also has a fire pit where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
