Host didn't send chck-in instructions until 4 hours after we were set to check in and we had contacted Vrbo in the mean time and found other lodging. We wasted hours of our precious vacation time.

Birthday Retreat
My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio flat so we could celebrate his 80th birthday wandering around his childhood haunts in Chingford. Locationally perfect for us, this beautiful little Studio flat catered for our every need, and with a number of extra touches thrown in. Tastefully decorated throughout in white and grey, and highlighted with a touch of a yellow gold cushion, the total effect was light, clean, pleasing on the eye and restful. Our late arrival was totally catered for and communications were immediate, accurate and helpful. We would be more than happy to stay there again!
