This flat is really amazing, spacious enough for 4 adults and two older children in our party. Salinetas is quiet with a really family friendly beach which you can look right as as you eat on the large covered terrace with comfy seating. The sunrises are stunning. The place is well equipped for self-catering and there is a great bakery with long opening hours just downstairs, doing lovely bread, pastries and also water. There is a small Spar 5 minutes' walk away and a bigger one in Melenara, 10 minutes' walk along the shore, with nice restaurants and a gelateria. It is also close to airport and motorway, so easy to visit elsewhere, and on a few bus routes too. Great stay, highly recommended. Carlos was a great host.

A good spot out of tourist area

Just spent 10 days here in Salinetas. We enjoyed the apt very much. Has an entrance with one flight of stairs from road side and a great view across the bay on the other. This balcony is a good size and faces east so does loose the sun after midday. We wanted a quiet holiday so the fact that some restaurants are only open thurs - Sunday this time of year didn't bother us. Facilities for cooking were good and plenty of crockery. Linen and towels were also changed halfway through holiday with a clean through of apt. A very nice touch. My father celebrated his 97 birthday here in style.

Just spent 10 days here in Salinetas. We enjoyed the apt very much. Has an entrance with one flight of stairs from road side and a great view across the bay on the other. This balcony is a good size and faces east so does loose the sun after midday. Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Escape in Salinetas!Our stay at this rental on Salinetas Beach was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the incredible added bonus of being directly on the beach! The best part was the balcony, which was directly over the beach, offering an unparalleled view of the ocean.The location is amazing. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the black volcanic sands just steps from our door was a dream come true. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to several fantastic restaurants on the neighboring beach of Melenara (a 10-minute walk), offering delicious local cuisine perfect for leisurely evenings. Getting to other parts of Gran Canaria was also incredibly easy from this spot, making it an excellent base for exploring the island. The area itself felt wonderfully relaxing and quiet. We thoroughly love

Wunderschöner Ort Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, direkt an einem herrlichen natürlichen Strand. Nächster toller Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Für Menschen die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, perfekt. Man trifft mehr Einheimische, als Touristen und erfährt viel Freundlichkeit. Wir haben eine super Woche verbracht. Auch der Empfang durch Daniel und der Reinigungs Service waren toll

👍 Komfortabel mit viel Platz für 6 Leute. Zwei Bäder und Toiletten. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bäckerei/Café direkt im Nachbarhaus bis von 6 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist. Dort bekommt man auch Getränke und Trinkwasser in großen Gebinden. Terrasse mit Sonnenaufgang. Matratzen sind gut. 👎 Nur Kleinigkeiten: Da der Balkon/Terrasse im Richtung Osten liegt hat man von Mittag bis Abend keine Sonne, in den Sommermonaten wahrscheinlich eher ein Vorteil. Ende November ist es entsprechend im Schatten schon zugig auf dem Balkon. Die zweite Duschkabine ist extrem klein. Mit dem warmen Wasser haushalten, wenn 6 Leute nacheinander duschen wollen. Das Doppelbett wackelt sehr, wenn sich einer der beiden Personen dreht. Die Einzelbetten sind top. Der vordere Eingangsbereich ist sehr schmal, wenn man einen Radurlaub macht. Der hintere Zugang ist deutlich breiter, man muss aber durch den Sand. Die selbst vorgenommene Taxiorganisationen für den Rückflug war tricky und nur auf spanisch möglich. Besser mehr Zeit einplanen. Rund um den Ort liegt auf den Zubringerstraßen leider extrem viel Müll.

Innanzi tutto va detto che l'unico punto sul quale ha puntato l'host, ovvera la terrazza, è davve...

Innanzi tutto va detto che l'unico punto sul quale ha puntato l'host, ovvera la terrazza, è davvero bella posizionata davanti alla spiaggia. Quello che dalle foto non si capisce e non è spiegato è che l'alloggio destinato a 6 persone, è un alloggio disposto lungo un (lungo) corridoio, dove la cucina e l'unico tavolo per più persone è disposto sulla terrrazza al lato opposto della'appartamento a 35 passi di distanza. immaginate voi l'andirivieni per apparecchiare tavola etc. I bagni sono due, uno dei quali dispone del box doccia più piccolo del mondo, al punto che (a meno che non sia un bambino) una volta chiusa la porta del box non ci si riesce a lavare. Le camere sono piccole con i letti addossati al muro o lla'rmadio e non è possibile tenere le valigie in camera ma nel corridoio. Potrei continuare ma mi limito questo. Consiglierei il signo Carlos di essere più veritiero nella descrizione dell'alloggio al fine di non deludere i suoi ospiti.
