The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You can enjoy your meals comfortably at the dining table inside or outside in the garden, immersed in the serenity and natural beauty that surrounds the property.
The apartment has two bedrooms : one with a comfortable double bed and the other with a practical bunk bed, ideal for families or groups of friends. Both rooms are designed to offer you a relaxing and welcoming environment, perfect for a good rest after a day of exploring.
The bathroom is well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay, with a refreshing shower and all the essentials for personal hygiene.
Gravedona is a true paradise for lovers of outdoor activities. You can go hiking, stroll along the lakefront promenade, practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kayaking, or enjoy a dip in the crystal clear waters of the lake.

During the check-in process, you will be asked to fill out an online form where you must enter your personal ID and sign a short-term rental agreement, as required by Italian rental legislation.
Check-in is available from 15:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, a penalty of 200€ will be charged.
