Beautiful house with all the facilities you need

Very spacious house with a lot of nice facilities. Everything is spread over 3 floors, so that makes the house ideal for big groups.

Excellent Stay - Above Expectations

Great stay! The pool was in my opinion bigger than the pictures make it seem. The sauna is very big and works good enough (when 90° C it was about 75 ° C). The pool and sauna were commercially grade, which is a big plus! The host was very nice and was great in communication. The ammenities were also excellent. They are placed in separate rooms. The pool table was smaller than a normal pool table, but it was still enjoyable! The patio and BBQ were also big enough to facilitate 14 people. The patio is very beautiful. Thanks Pascal!

Monschau Euro 2024 party

Amazing accommodation for a group of friends. We stayed 2 weeks, mainly for the purpose of going to Euro 2024 games, but also to do some hiking and sightseeing. The villa was fantastic for a group of friends, with great social and leisure spaces, especially the terrace, pool and sauna and various games. We didn’t always have great weather, but the villa had so much to do inside, plus a cosy fire, that it didn’t matter if it rained. Monschau is an absolutely stunning place and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. Pascal was a very helpful host and met us on arrival, and also gave us some great trips for places to visit. All in all a great two weeks.

Heerlijk verblijf in ruime villa met sauna en zwembad wat keurig verzorgd was. Ook de pooltafel, voetbaltafel en dartbord zijn veelvuldig gebruikt.De omgeving was prachtig. Genoten van top vakantie in Monschau met 11 personen en een hond!!

Sehr großes Haus, so dass jeder ein passendes Zimmer finden kann, sauber, tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten (Billard, Kicker, Schwimmen, Sauna), nahe an der schönen Stadt Monschau (15 Min. zu Fuß), nahe am Nationalpark Eifel (10 Min. mit dem Auto).Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: der Herd braucht sehr lange, bis das Wasser kocht (30 Min.); Waschen und Trocknen der Saunatücher bis um zehn Uhr am Check-Out Tag, war von uns nicht zu realisieren; also Handtücher mitbringen oder pro Handtuch 5 zahlen (steht auch in der Haubeschreibung)

Hallo Tina, Härzlichen dank für deine Bewertung und vielen dank das eure Gruppe die Villa sehr nett hintergelassen hat. Umtritt die Handtücher, vielleicht habt ihr es nicht gut verstanden. Wir bieten nur die Wellnesshandtücher an die man ohne kosten nutzen kan. Wir fragen nur diese am lätsten abend zu waschen und trocken. Die Handtücher zum Duschen sind selbst mit zu nehmen, wie auch angegeben auf diese site und in unseren Travelguide. Den bist du schon informiert für nächstes mal😉 Lg Pascal

Huset er veldig stort og det er virkelig god plass. Vi var 11 personer totalt og huset føles aldri trangt. Verten er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom, og ting fungerte som det skulle. Vi var derimot skuffet over renholdet. Huset er stort og trenger mer profesjonell renhold. Det virker som man vasker over omtrent midt på gulvene, men det var masse edderkopper, spindelvev hengende rundt på vegger, og støv overalt på skap og lister. Under sengene var det ikke vasket i det hele tatt, og det var et tykt støvlag, tomme flasker og tørkepapir fra gamle gjester. Vi brukte en del timer i ferien på å vaske og det er ikke så hyggelig.

Erholung für die ganze Familie

Wir waren über Weihnachten mit der ganzen Familie da (7-91J.) und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir ankamen war der Kamin an, Weihnachtsmusik lief und auf dem Tisch stand Kuchen und Wein mit einer netten Begrüßung. Was will man mehr.Auch während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner. Diese Villa bietet Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten von jung bis alt. Es ist so groß, dass man sich auch mal zurück ziehen kann.Alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Auch die Lage war super. Wir mussten nur den Hang runter laufen (Für die Aktiven ansonsten auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen) und waren direkt in der schönen Altstadt wo man unbedingt eine Führung mit machen sollte. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. hatten wir hatten wir immer

Super relaxed en mooi huis. Pascal is een open en aardige host die meedenkt en snel antwoord op vragen. De open haard was aan toen we aankwamen. Er is naast het mooie zwembad ook een sauna, pooltafel, tafelvoetbal, dartsboard en een een jaren 80 arcade spelletjekast met 400 oude spelletjes zoals pacman en space invaders. Omgeving is ideaal voor wandelen en mountainbiken en naar Monschau loop je in ong. 5 minuten. Top weekend gehad met de familie.

Villa mit perfektem Freizeitangebot

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber und ausreichend groß für 12-14 Personen. Die Monschauer Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar, ebenso die in der Nähe gelegene Vennbahn. Billard, Dart, Kicker, Pacman sind voll funktionsfähig und sehr gut bespielbar. Der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad lässt keine Wünsche offen.
