This seven-bedroom villa in Sourbrodt does exactly that. Designed for up to 20 guests, the house combines an indoor swimming pool, sauna, games rooms, and wide outdoor spaces with the quieter atmosphere of Belgium’s High Fens region.

Days here tend to move between the pool, the terrace, and the garden depending on the weather. Children usually drift toward the trampoline and play area while the adults settle into longer lunches or barbecue evenings outside. Indoors, air hockey, table football, billiards, darts, and table tennis keep the house lively even during colder months. The kitchen is designed for proper group cooking, while the sauna becomes especially welcome after hiking or skiing nearby.

The nearest ski lift is around 1 km away, making the villa particularly convenient during winter weekends. High Fens-Eifel Nature Park can be reached in approximately 7 minutes and is known for wooden boardwalk trails, peat bog landscapes, and Signal de Botrange, Belgium’s highest point. Bayehon Waterfall sits around 11 minutes away and is one of the region’s best short hiking routes for families. Reinhardstein Castle, a dramatic medieval fortress overlooking the Warche valley, is also approximately 11 minutes from the property. Motorsport fans can reach the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps Formula 1 track in roughly 30 minutes.
