Veel ruimte in huis en tuin maar niet allemaal even praktisch ingedeeld. Geen lekkere zitruimte op de begane grond. Keuken met prima voorzieningen. Flinke sauna ruimte, maar niet door ons gebruikt. Tegenvallers: huis was niet goed schoon bij aankomst (gewoon erg vies op sommige plekken - ondanks flinke schoonmaakbijdrage), 2 douches hadden een verstopte afvoer en zorgden voor overstromingen, brandalarm ging regelmatig af en was niet stil te krijgen zonder een zone uit te zetten op de centrale (vergt handelingen die niet iedereen kan uitvoeren), en terugbetaling borg ging stroef. Ik huur elk jaar een groot huis in de Ardennen in deze prijsklasse, deze was het minst van alle.

De slaapkamers waren top! Verder was het huis niet schoon, keukenkastjes waren vies, alles lag door elkaar, de deur van de oven wou niet sluiten, de vaatwasser stonk, beneden waar de wasmachine stond was erg vies, de biertap deed het niet, er was geen beamer, buiten rommelig, helemaal niets voor de kinderen, geen trampoline of schommel. Het huis lag erg “landelijk” er was niets te beleven. De gastheer gaf vaak niet thuis en reageerde laat op berichtjes. Het heeft heel veel energie gekost om de borg terug te krijgen, meerdere malen kenbaar gemaakt ook bij de beheerder (Pierre) maar die reageerde nergens op. Kortom zeer teleurgesteld en wij komen zeker niet weer!

Schönes Haus für einen Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe. Genügend Platz zum Beisammensein, aber auch zum Rückzug. Umfangreiche Küche (schade, dass einige Fronten fehlen/lose), komplett ausgestattet. Der Billardtisch wird ebenso viel genutzt wie der Bierzapfhahn . Wir hatten Glück mit dem schönen Wetter und der wunderschönen Herbstumgebung. Genießen Sie einen schönen Spaziergang. Wir haben es genossen!

Das Haus war an sich schön und gut ausgestattet, die Übergabe verlief auch problemlos. Nachträglich wird die Buchung aber überschattet von der Tatsache, dass uns nach sechs Wochen noch immer nicht die Kaution zurückerstattet wurde. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht auf die mehrfache Aufforderung. Daher würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
