Das Haus ist eine Super Lokation. Leider fehlte der Billiardtisch aus der Beschreibung. Im Umkreis (bis 1 Autostunde) gab es Ausflugsziele für jedes Alter. Ortskern Malmedy ist interessant mit zahlreichen kleinen Geschäften.

Prachtig huis op goede locatie
Wij zijn met de hele familie een midweek in Villa Elie geweest. Een prachtig oud gebouw met ruime kamers en een heerlijke tuin. De leeftijd van het gebouw zie je soms wel, maar dit draagt zeer bij aan de charme van het verblijf.
Door de centrale ligging hoef je niet voor alles de auto te pakken. Grote supermarkt is dichtbij.
Voor het inchecken moesten we wel zelf achter een aantal dingen aan (code sleutelkastje, wifi-code). Contact met beheerder was verder prima, hoewel je in een andere taal dan Frans niet ver komt.
Over het geheel een prima verblijf gehad.

très chouette expérience
Le propriétaire a été conciliant par rapport aux heures d'arrivée et de départ.
Les lieux correspondaient totalement à nos attentes et étaient bien équipés.
La disponibilité du propriétaire était au rendez-vous
Le seul point négatif était qu'à notre arrivée, le chauffage n'était pas allumé et qu'il faisait froid. Néanmoins, lors de notre appel au propriétaire, celui-ci a réagi très vite
