Guesthouse Odevaere is located in the heart of Bruges opposite the cathedral, close to the station, and within walking distance of the market.
This holiday apartment offers an attractive mix of old and new. It is decorated with antique furniture and modernly finished with C&C Milano textiles and luxury linen.

`Odevaere` is a luxurious apartment in the heart of the center within walking distance of all famous sights, museums, shops, and restaurants within the Unesco quarter of Bruges. This apartment is in typical Bruges style and has recently been completely restored to provide all our guests with a fantastic stay. It is a fusion of old and new thanks to the well-known interior architect `Natalie Haegeman`.



The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and well-equipped. The room has a king-size bed with high-quality linens and bedding that will make you sleep like an angel. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and toilet.
There is a dressing room between the bath and the bedroom so that you can hang your clothes for any occasion and easily sort them out. Don`t worry, we also provide bath linen, shampoo, and shower gel that smell wonderful!

ACCESSIBILITY
The house is easily accessible by public transport and car. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably in front of the door for a few minutes (30 minutes parking diagonally opposite the building) and then you can park your car in parking Katelijne.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is a bus stop very close to the apartment. You must get off at the stop “Brugge Katelijnepoort”

You can also take a taxi from the station to the house, which will cost about 15 euros.

PARKING
You can park in the public parking `Parking Katelijne` (costs around €15 / 24 hours) which is 250m or a 3-minute walk from the house.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is entered by a shared entrance via a smart lock. The instructions are provided 3 days in advance.

We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have.

Important to mention is that we offer a wide range of extra services such as bikes, local tips, taxi services, and so much more so please don`t hesitate to ask.

The apartment is located in one of the UNESCO named inner parts of Bruges. This provide an amazing experience and feel with the history of Bruges.

On a 10-minute walk you`ll reach the cathedral, the belfry and every other must-see & do. Even closer, on a 5-minute walk is the `Groeninge Museum` which provides a varied overview of the history of Belgian visual art, with the top-class paintings by the world-renowned Flemish primitives.

Without good food is nothing possible but luckily these are once again found within a 5/10-minute walk. From Breakfast to Lunch to High Tea or Diner. Belgian waffles, excellent coffee, typical Belgium food or a top restaurant. All our local and handpicked tips are provided upon confirmation of your booking.

For those who want to do shopping or walking, the Location is also excellent as you are once again within a 5-minute walking distance of the canal & main shopping streets.

Need a fresh sea breeze? The Belgian coast and sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is one of my favorite things to do after a few days Bruges.

***ACCESSIBILITY***
You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes and park your car afterwards.

***PUBLIC TRANSPORT***
There is a bus stop at 350 meters from the apartment. Bus 4 leaves from the front of the station at perron 4, and you must get off at the stop “Brugge Katelijnepoort”.

You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost around 10-15 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses.

***PARKING***
Parking is possible in the public parking “Parking Katelijne” (Costs around 14€ / 24 hours) and is on a 200m walk from the house.

*** EXTRA INFORMATION ***
- We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One set of bedlinen per bed, per stay. Babybed linen is not included.
- We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay.
- We provide a Nespresso machine and 1 free capsule per guest, per stay.
- We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap.
- We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, hand-wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags, etc ...

*** HOUSE RULES ***
- We do not allow smoking.
- We do not allow parties.
- We do allow pets upon request and after confirmation only. An extra charge of 18 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons.
- We do not allow guests under 18 years. We can make an exception upon request.
- We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 23:00 - 07:00.
- We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own.

The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
We do not allow groups of guests under 18 years old.
If pets are allowed, an additional cost of 15 € may be charged.
If you damage the property, you will be charged for this. Therefor a secure link will be sent to you by Swikly, 10 days prior to arrival. You`ll need a credit card for this.
