About this property

Nature's peace, quiet and serenity... with virtually your own sandy beach!

Spectacular waterfront. Quiet sandy beach with ample sea glass that stretches for 1 kilometer. Large front yard. Two large furnished decks: the front deck faces the water and is perfect for viewing glorious sunrises (hence the name of the cottage!) and fishing boats hauling lobster, while the back deck faces an open field and beautiful marshlands and is perfect for viewing fantastic sunsets. The master bedroom also provides a great view of the beach.

Rental includes the use of dishwasher, clothes washer, two kayaks with paddles and personal floatation devices, Weber Genesis BBQ, TV and DVD with games and videos, and many household items for guest convenience (for example: BBQ utensils, regular and Italian press and French press coffee machines, hair dryer, towels and linens, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, radio and CD player, waffle maker, rice steamer, food mixer, cocktail mixer, fondue set).

This cottage is located 3 minutes from amenities (grocery, gas, alcohol, restaurants, fish market, etc.), 10 minutes from North Cape, 20 minutes from renowned and challenging 18-hole Mill River Golf Course (Golf Advisor: 4 stars, and 5 minutes from 9-hole Saint-Felix Golf Course.

Recently renovated and established as a rental property.

Oscar and Ophelia the Ospreys and Edmond the Eagle often come to our shore to catch their daily meal.

How spoiled we were! Walk to the beach let the dog roam free and collect sea glass, or stay put on the front or back deck deck and absorb the peace and tranquility. The cottage lacked for nothing. Friendly area, responsive and fun hosts! We hope to return!

What a gem of a spot! The whole front is water as far as the eyes can see. Watching the birds skim and plunge was mesmerizing. To the right is a beach, good for beach combing.The cottage is well equipped and the beds are so comfy.

If you are looking to relax, this is the place. A lovely beach is just steps away. The host is easy to communicate with. Day trip to Charlottetown or Cavendish. Be sure to explore North Cape. It was our favourite spot to explore.

Fantastic little cottage with spectacular views. Well equipped especially the kitchen. Very close to the beach and very quiet. There are about 2km of beach to explore and more if you are inclined to wade around the next bend.Excellent communication with Daniel the host. Super easy check in and very clearly laid out instructions. It is a very peaceful and restful place.It is about 5km into town and there is a seafood market about 2 km away but it does not seem very touristy.

SECOND STAY....WILL BE BACK AGAIN

Had a wonderful stay again. This cottage has everything including a beach at your doorstep. My 3 lil dogs and BFF LOVED every minute of our stay. Our only complaint was it was way too short. Thanks again for your hospitality. P.S. The expresso was wonderful as always.
