Loukas and Emma Family Houses is a new built complex located at the South part of the island which offers spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchen and a balcony or terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi, only 500 meters away from the famous black beach of Perissa.
Loukas & Emma lovely maizonette of 60 sq.meters is constructed with traditional local style and combines minimal and modern style.
Maisonette house offers a ground floor with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sofa, a large bathroom with shower and a washing mashine. The upper floor provides a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa and a balcony with an outdoor hot tub.
The house can accommodate from 2-4 guests. It provides daily house keeping service.
The property is open all year around.
Loukas& Emma family houses is located in Perissa at the east side of the island. One can find within walking distance the center which has various supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, cafes and the beach.
