Great location

This studio was perfect for me as a solo traveller. It had everything I needed and it cannot be understated how well located it is. It is steps from endless cafes, bars, the Conde Duque Cultural Center, Plaza Espana and more. The studio was clean, cool, well equipped and Javier was quick to respond to my messages. Awesome stay!

The heating in the apartment was not sufficient. It was 30 degrees F outside. At the highest setting, I had to sleep in my coat. I should have complained after the first night, but I thought I had screwed up the setting. I had not. Also you could hear people coming and going in the hall. The apartment was clean. The bed was fine. But if you are cold all night…

Gran relación calidad-precio

El apartamento está bien ubicado a pocos pasos de Gran Vía y Plaza de España, con acceso rápido a diferentes transportes Es tal como se ve en las fotos y está bien equipado, solo faltaba un calentador de agua, pero había una olla pequeña que se podía usar para calentar Todo lo demás excelente. Gracias!!!

Appartamento molto basico, poco curato, il prezzo pagato troppo alto per quanto ricevuto. Nessun tavolo nè sedie, mancava la biancheria da cucina, per 9 giorni solo due asciugamani da bagno, la doccia aveva le porte pericolanti e non c'era un piano di appoggio. Unica cosa molto vicino a plaza Espana e alla metro. Avrei le fotografie ma non è possibile allegarle.
