Beautiful days in a nice appartment in a silent village

It was a very pleasant stay on a wonderful place, but 3 issues should be considered: parking place is approx. 5 minutes walking distance away (small village with small place), heating doesn't work (it was cold in the appartement due to bad weather conditions) and there is no TV in the appartement due to less space probably. But all in all it was a wonderful stay there and the terrace + view on the Garda lake is amazing.

I’m sorry to hear you experienced the cold. In Italy the law doesn't permit to turn on the heating system before the 15th of October. By the way, the heating system in the apartment is available—why didn’t you ask about it? We were in constant communication! Regarding the other points, it is mentioned in the description that parking is not close to the house and that there is no television. The house is located in a historical "borgo," which limits space for cars. All my best, Laura

schöne Wohnung

Danke für die Möglichkeit in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen zu können. Besonders die Lage hat uns am meisten angesprochen. Die Lautstärke im Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Durch das Café finden hier bereits ab 7:00 Uhr, wenn nicht sogar früher, laute Gespräche statt. Ein entspanntes Ausschlafen ist hier dann nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern möglich. Nachdem jedoch kein Ventilator o.ä. vorhanden ist, wird es sehr stickig. Eine Lüftung im kleinen Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, da das Fenster des Zimmer direkt an die Haustreppe grenzt. Der Weg bis zum See sind mit dem Auto knapp 12 Minuten, demnach eine ganz gute Lage. Alles in allem jedoch eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht, wenn auch nicht auf den See. Ob wir wieder kommen, auf jeden Fall, allerdings schlafen wir dann am besten alle in der Küche, denn hier ist es weder stickig heiß noch laut zu unchristlichen Zeiten.

Dear Lara, Thank you for your positive feedback! We're sorry to hear about the noise. The house is located in a historic village that is usually very quiet. Unfortunately, we cannot control the noise caused by the bar's customers. Regarding the heat, the central weeks of August are always quite sweltering in Italy. As indicated in our listing, we do not provide fans and do not have air conditioning. However, when the windows are open, a pleasant breeze typically flows through the house, especially in the evening. We're sorry you weren't able to enjoy it. The window of the small bedroom faces a set of stairs that are well-shielded from prying eyes, as they are only used by the three owners, all of whom are very respectful of the guests' privacy. Additionally, the nearest beach is 3.8 km from the house, just an 8-minute drive away. All my best, Laura
