The house features a lovely 8m x 3m private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens and makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.Between the pool and the house is the outdoor dining table with the BBQ located close by.Casa Els Cards is only a 2 minute scenic drive by beautiful vineyards to the bustling seaside resort of SitgesThe accommodation at Casa Els Cards is conveniently distributed on one level. The property is entered via the front gate into a large courtyard newly tiled and planted. This leads to the entrance of the house that takes you into the bright and open plan living space, offering a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining area and living room.The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a large smart TV.This area has two ceiling fans and air conditioning.To the left of the dining area is the first of the three bathrooms, and to the right is the first of the 3 bedrooms.
