The Landings of Largo is a gated, waterfront community in the Rock Harbor section of Key Largo. Located at mm 98 on the bayside. Landings of Largo is a one hundred and twenty-six unit Condominium Complex located in Key Largo. The Landings features two heated Pools, lighted Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Basketball Court, Bocce Court, Private Marina with Boat Ramp, Fishing/Sunset Pier, Club House, Fitness Room and Gated Security.
This non-smoking apartment is a bright, spacious, end unit with private balcony located on the second floor with gorgeous views of the pool and tropical sunsets. The unit is fully furnished, recently renovated, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The master suite has an adjustable king bed, 43" flat-screen TV and updated ensuite bathroom with a fully tiled (tumble marble) walk-in shower and vanity with quartz countertop. The guest room has 1 bunk bed consisting of 2 full-size beds, 40"flat-screen TV and its own renovated bath. This is a split floor plan with plenty of privacy between the rooms. Enjoy the sunsets from your private balcony.

The kitchen has been fully renovated with all new appliances and is completely equipped (glasses, silverware, coffee maker, bottle openers, too much to list). There is a separate laundry room with a full-size front load washer and dryer. There is a complete entertainment system in the living room which includes a 55” flat-screen TV, digital cable, DVD and soundbar. High-Speed Internet access is included. THIS APARTMENT IS NOT A BARE BONES RENTAL. It is decorated with a modern clean coastal touch and equipped for everyday comfort and convenience.

Towels and linens are provided. No amenity has been overlooked! There are even 2 kayaks for you to use (upon request)!

The condominium is charming yet roomy. It has it all. Very clean and updated. Gorgeous stainless and very well-equipped kitchen and newly redone baths. Balcony overlooks one of 2 pools and the sunset gatherings with other guest of complex is priceless. Owner very easy to deal with and super responsive. KODOS!!

Lovely escape from winter

We wanted to get out of the Midwest for warmer temps and fun in the sun. That's exactly what we got at this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It's right by one of the complex's 2 pools, so we sat outdoors to read and hang by the pool almost every day. We took a couple of day trips, to Key West and to South Beach in Miami, not to mention some places closer by. Because of the pandemic, though, we didn't go out much. The kitchen is well-equipped, so most days I cooked. The Keys are a little disappointing because almost all property along the bay and the ocean is private, so not much chance to stroll by the beach. But for our purposes, the condo was comfortable, cozy and lovely.

Great vacation

Very nice complex to stay in. Beautiful sunsets to watch from the dock. Both pools were very clean and kept up daily. Condo is very comfortable and exactly as described on the listing (including the pictures). Contact with the owner was very easy.

Luke warm water for 13 days. Owner was able to fix it himself. Couldn’t find a plumber.

No heat for 5 days. Owner finally got someone to replace thermostat. Small pool closed for over a week. Large pool open but not heated for two weeks+. Road noise in condo terrible. Mattress on bunk bed deplorable for guests. Complex very clean and residents very friendly. Gated and safe. Won’t be back. Feel we should get a partial refund.
