This South east facing property offers you sunlight on the main ground floor patio until around 4pm or all day from its roof terrace which greets you to panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. Located within a quiet area of the ever popular complex of Alkabir, El Campello Alicante. This spacious townhouse is situated within a 5 minute stroll of the beautiful and spacious communal swimming pool where in the summer months offers you access to a pool side bar selling drinks and food, there are also onsite bars/ restaurant and the pebbled beach of L'Amerador is located just 150 meters from the edge of the urbanization. Also just outside of this well established complex is access to both the hourly bus and half hourly tram connections taking you into El Campello Centre within a few minutes. Alicante city and many other villages and towns en route including the lively resort of Benidorm all are easily accessed via the nearby tram.. The property is fully air conditioned and also offer's you free WIFI and Smart TV..
The Townhouse is designed over three levels with the ground floor offering you an open plan style living area with modern American open plan style kitchen, lounge and dining area with access to a spacious patio with garden furniture on the outside, the patio also offers a griddle for outdoor dining.. The first floor you have Two bedrooms (One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, Second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes) offering a family bathroom to share and on the upper level is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom along with a small terrace, outdoor stairs from this level leads you to the upper floor level terrace where you can bask in the daily sunshine whilst taking in those sea views and topping up your tan. The Urbanisation offers a fantastic communal Pool (PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A SMALL DAILY CHARGE OF 1.50 EURO PER GUEST TO ACCESS THE POOL. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 1ST JUNE - 30TH SEPTEMBER, POOL PASS CAN ONLY BE TOPPED UP VIA CREDIT CARD AT THE POOL ENTRANCE) Communal parking is close by along with mature Mediterranean style communal gardens.
Perfect location as the airport is within a 30 minute drive (please ask about our airport transfer service) and the tram system is a cheap and reliable way to visit different areas of this beautiful coastline.

Incredible Stay!We had such an amazing time here. The pool was absolutely fantastic and a real highlight of our stay. The team provided excellent recommendations and connections to El Campello, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Host Martene was outstanding – incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return!

Makkelijk parkeren al was soms alles vol, heerlijk zwembad á 1,50 per dag. Vrij rustig dus prima vertoeven. Huis oké, bedden iets minder. Lekkere airco in iedere ruimte, heerlijk.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft - für uns hat alles gepasst. Abends konnten wir die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Die Anlage selbst mit dem Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und nicht zu überfüllt.Die Lage ist auch sehr gut - El Campello hat eine schöne Strandpromenade und auch einen schönen Strand. Alicante ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Piscine surveillé avec une fréquentation raisonnable. Groupe chaînes TV avec toutes les chaînes françaises notamment. Centre ville à moins de 5mn en voiture mais accessible également avec un arrêt de TRAM au pied de la résidence qu'on entend pas du tout depuis la résidence il désert de Benidorm à Alicante

Séjour à El Campello

Mon séjour à El Campello a été absolument magnifique grâce à la qualité exceptionnelle de l’hébergement. L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable, ce qui a immédiatement rendu notre séjour confortable et agréable. L’hôte était incroyablement réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ou besoins, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. De plus, le logement était très bien équipé avec des services appréciables tels que des parasols et des chaises longues, parfaits pour profiter des journées ensoleillées sur la plage. En résumé, une tres bonne expérience !
