The entrance opens onto a long hallway that separates the sleeping area—which overlooks the sea—from the living area, which in turn offers a view of the mountains.<br>The living area includes a living room, furnished with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, and TV, and a separate kitchen with a dining table, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.<br>The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and TV, and the other with three single beds, two of which can be converted into a double bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower stall and a spacious storage closet.<br><br>Guests have access to amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, air conditioning, and heating.<br>*The living area overlooks the train tracks.
