This comfortable apartment consists of a private suite with a double bed (bed size 160 x 200 cms), ensuite bathroom with shower, living/lunch area with a kitchenette - in addition to the internal suite the apartment is completed by another double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cms) with ensuite bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and another bathroom with shower. In the living room there is a fold-down double bed (bed size 140 x 200 cms - it will be prepared only for bookings of 5 or 6 guests).
It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TVs (to be used with AppleTv and your Apple ID in the suite and in the living room or with FireStick and your Amazon Prime account in the double bedroom), A/C (in the suite, in the double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, two washing machine (one in the suite bathroom and the other in the third bathroom), two mid-size fridge (in each kitchenette), two microwave oven (in each kitchenette), Nespresso and kettle.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Upon check-in the guest will be requested to sign a lease agreement.
The fold-down double bed in the living room will be prepared only for bookings of 5 or 6 guests.
For stays equal to or longer than 14 days, a payment of € 170 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs € 30 to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
