Rome to Cruise

Enjoyed 2 days in Rome before the cruise. Perfect location and property was perfect for a group of 8. If you stay here you must try a local restaurant- 5 minute walk-Terrazza 121 cocktail bar. A hidden treasure.

Mostly happy

We had no communication services once checked in. No air, no screens, but made it fine. Coffee pot was broken, shower door, broken, toilet seat broken, but happy to have one. Internet was terrible. No clothes dryer but managed well. Small washer but very efficient. The beds we’re comfortable and we found 2 fans. We needed 4-1 per room. Blower dyers were excellent. 2 for sure in house. It was a great location and good for our needs. Very large and private for each quest. I would stay again but would check things a bit more upon arrival. All in all a good trip. We stayed 4 nights. 6 people

BEWARE

I wanted to give this company a chance to rectify the issues with this property. After check-in, we realized the apartment was filthy. We called management (cleanBNB) and and they never returned our call. We called VRBO and after seeing the pictures I sent, they agreed this was extremely below standard for a stay. We luckily did not have to stay at this property more than a few hours after traveling all day front he US and exhausted. VRBO put us up in a nice hotel and we chose a different property for the last two days. Please beware as this property is not at all what the pictures represent. It was filthy!!! Feces and mold in the bathroom. I could go on. And the worst part, when I disputed, they didn’t not take responsibility. They said I completed the stay and the charge was valid. Thankfully VRBO wrote me a letter regarding the validity of my dispute. Shame on cleanBNB and their representatives. Scammers. Liars. Disgusting

2nd shower not working, poor water pressure

Een van de douches werkt niet, de mengkraan is los. De waterdruk is zeer laag. Het inchecken is onhandig de persoon die ons hielp wist niets van het appartement. Parkeren is een ramp in de directe omgeving. Eerste mogelijkheid van parkeren onder het station op 20minuten looen.
