Situated in an exclusive private residential community, this stunning modern villa has been restored with style and emanates tranquility and an elegant woodland charm, while being only a few steps away from the sea. The scenic, three-level structure enjoys the proximity to the maritime, which guarantees privacy and the right balance of light and shade. On the ground floor there is a large guest area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living room. On the first floor there is the living area with an exclusive modern open space enlightened by a large panoramic window overlooking the pine forest. The bright and spacious living area consists of a modern handcrafted kitchen, a lounge area with designer sofas and a modern dining area with alternating vitamin colors and natural materials. An adjoining comfortable sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a furnished panoramic terrace. On the second floor, another sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a 55 sqm furnished panoramic terrace with sea view. For cool summer evenings there is an outdoor dining room with a barbecue area. The solid wood interior doors, the resin floors, the designer light points, the stone terraces, the natural location and the fine furnishings make this a unique solution in the area in terms of prestige and class. The property is completed by two parking areas (one with a garage with automatic gate and recharging station for electric cars, and another outdoors), a video surveillance system, water purifier and water storage (90% water recovery). The villa is 100% electric and has no gas system.
