L'appartement est idéal pour pour un couple ou pour 2 adults + 2 enfants maximum. L'appartement est 'open plan' avec une mezzanine. Il y a un lit double et un lit canapé double (très confortable). Il y a une cuisine et une salle de bain.

À l'extérieure il y a une grande piscine (partagée avec l'autre appartement et la grande maison). Il existe également un patio privé pour dîner et un jardin.
