With its 8 spacious bedrooms, Villa Baloccaia comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with 4 en suites making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway. Each room is elegantly appointed, boasting stunning views of the surrounding countryside. 5 double bedrooms, 4 en suite and 2 bedrooms with large single beds each with dedicated bathrooms. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with the 2 large single beds has direct access to the large private terrace.All windows on the property have mosquito screens.

The area
The villa is set in its own grounds of about 11 acres and it’s completely private whilst still being near the mail road that goes from Lucca to Camaiore , so getting around is super easy by car .Within 5 mins by car you have several restaurants, bars , bank , post office ,pharmacy and a supermarket and the beaches of Viareggio are only about 20 mins away

The cities of LUCCA (distance 13KM about 15minutes by car), PISA airport (distance 40km about 35 minutes by car), FLORENCE airport (distance 84km about 1 hour 10 minutes by car) are within easy reach.
Also by car you can reach PIETRASANTA (distance 21 km, about 30 minutes by car)

For bookings between the 1st October to the 1st of April a charge of 40 euro’s per day for gas central heating, to be paid at checkout.

The heating of the pool is included the the rental fee for the 1st of April until the 1st of October and from the 1st of October to the first of April a daily charge of 50euro’s per day will be charge at check out for the heating of the pool, this is optional , please enquire prior to booking if you want the pool opened and heated outwith the summer dates .
Pool and garden maintenance will be done discreetly at least 3 times a week
