The Villa rental is positioned in the countryside around Lucca, on a beautiful hillside dominating ancient vineyards and olive groves, in an area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth.

The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 12/14 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The villa is surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards. It is also an historic area where once all the noble families built their summer estates to escape the heat and show off their wealth. Although it might seem like an isolated area, the village center is only 2km away, where it is possible to find a minimarket and a supermarket at 3km.

Distances:Nearest village for shopping is 3 km (grocery shop - post office - pharmacy). Very good trattorie and restaurants close by.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa. The fourth side is delimited by a low fence to enable the view of the lower hills, of vineyards and olive groves, the swimming pool, with deck chairs, and the outdoor dining area are on this side, therefore you are able to have a beautiful view of the countryside while dining and swimming.

The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.

The villa is set on 3 floors m2 600 (ground floor, first floor and second floor) and sleeps up to 14 people.
Its recent renovation brought together all the modern comforts with the original architectural features and furnishings.

On the ground floor there is a main hall, a dining room, a comfortable living room with TV, a DVD player and a stereo Cd, and a small bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas, microwave, American coffee machine, Italian Moka for coffee, cooker-ice making machine).
The kitchen has a direct access to the outside part of the garden where you can eat all together on the dining area and have some baths in the adjacent swimming pool.
There is also a laundry room with washing-machine and dryer.
