About this property

The Village cottage with outdoor pool

In an old renovated farmhouse in the quiet of the countryside, the cottage located on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets. Large living room with French doors to the garden, open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob with electric oven), small appliances. Linen provided (sheets and towels). Possibility baby bed and high chair.
Outdoor pool (May to September) shared with the owners.
You have a garden of 200 m2 with under a canopy dining area and barbecue. Wooden porch with swings and slide.
Closed barn to house your bikes and if needed, there is a well in the yard to clean.
You will be in the countryside, in the heart of Auxois, while enjoying an exceptional location for exploring the area by bike or car. Our cottage is located halfway between Lyon and Paris, close to the A6 motorway exits.
Burgundy Canal 3 km.
Numerous hiking nearby.
For tenants who arrive late in the day, we propose paying option, a Basket Breakfast for 1 morning. Reservations required and information by email. (the nearest bakery is 6 km)
For each additional person (over 6), the amount of 20 € / night / adult and 10 € / night / child is required. Children - 2 years (bed BB) do not pay this supplement.

Sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub!

Alle Angaben im Inserat treffen zu. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt, schöner eingezäunter Garten und nochmals separater Pool, so dass man die Kinder bedenkenlos im Garten spielen lassen kann. Wir haben den Familienurlaub sehr genossen.

Très beau gîte, très bien équipé, excellent accueil

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Normier. Le gîte est exceptionnel quant à l'aménagement et l'équipement (la literie et l'équipement ménager sont de qualité, la cuisine est équipée "comme à la maison", les serviettes de toilette sont épaisses et en abondance...). Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Les propriétaires sont à la fois prévenants et discrets.

UN WEEKEND PARFAIT !!!

Nous avons réservé ce gîte pour se retrouver avec nos amis de Haute Savoie, et nous y avons été très bien accueillis. Il est très bien agencé, très spacieux et nous avons , malgré la pluie, pu profiter du jardin pour faire les grillades au barbecue ainsi que de la piscine pour se détendre. Dommage qu'il nous ait manqué quelques degrés et un peu de soleil. Bref, une adresse à retenir :-)

Très bon WE à 2h30 de Paris

Nous avons passé un excellent WE au gîte le village. Le gîte est extrêmement bien entretenu et tout à fait fonctionnel. Les enfants étaient ravis du jardin, de l'espace, des balançoires! Propriétaires très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans le coin : ballades, châteaux... En bref, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !!!

Calme et dépaysement vont de pair

Très beau gîtes spacieux, propre avec tous le confort nécessaire, en toute sécurité pour les enfants avec le jardin qui comprend un portique et un belle espace pour s'amuser et la possibilité d'accéder à la piscine privative , notre garçon été très heureux. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant , malgré leur discrétion ils restent néanmoins très à l'écoute et sont de très bon conseil pour toute les activités et visite possible dans la région... Les lieux qui nous ont plu sont la visite du château de château neuf , les Hospices de Beaune et surtout pour notre part ça reste les magnifiques paysages .... Facile d'accès et très bien situé géographiquement . Sans hésiter nous le recommanderont et espérant y revenir... Le mot de la fin merci...

Une bonne adresse paisible en pleine nature!

Globalement, très bonne adresse à recommander pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances au calme avec piscine, en pleine campagne et verdure. Les plus : Le gite est confortable et l'équipement parfait pour passer quelques jours en pleine campagne... Spacieux, neuf et propre. Le gite est accolé à un grand jardin, tous deux sont bien séparés du logement des propriétaires. Propriétaires accueillants et de bons conseils. Piscine et terrasse agréables. Routes alentours et canal de Bourgogne : idéal pour des balades à vélo en famille ou sportives. Les moins : Un peu sombre à l'intérieur : normal pour un corps de ferme ;-)!

Nous avons été ravis de passer ce long WE de l'ascension en famille au gîte Le Village. Le gîte est très agréable a vivre, autant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur; nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin, et les enfants se sont bien amusés a la balançoire. De plus les hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil très sympathique. Les paysages alentours sont charmants également. Donne envie de revenir !
