On our way to the property, got a call from management to let us know the heating was out but some portable heaters would be brought in. Arrived to find apartment is located on a busy street, inside entryway to the building is dark and dirty (not the fault of the property mgmt I suppose). Apartment had an awful, musty, sewage smell which we reported right away. Heating continued to be an issue even with workers coming in to check. (Will also admit we did not understand right away how to operate the Scottish furnace.) Evidently no one else could detect the smell. Management was top notch, talked to me at length and offered to let us move to a nearby property right away at no charge. We opted for this and were more comfortable. Would rent from this property group again, but not this apartment due to location and previously mentioned issues.
