Residence Prestige is born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Interno 5, on the fifth floor accessible by lift, is a two-room apartment composed by a living room with a kitchen with dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, gas hob, TV and sofa. The living room leads to the balcony, facing the sea, equipped with tables and chairs, to haideal for those who wants spend time outdoors. The sleeping area is composed by a double bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Just 50 meters from the apartment, walking through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will find the golden sand beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port now home to the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests and the apartment is air- conditioned. To offer you greater comfort, you will find included in the price an initial supply of bed linen and towels inside the apartment.
