Apartment ideally intended for a couple, the room is independent, thus allowing not to touch the stay, in order to make the most of their holidays.

Located on the 2nd floor of a small two-story building, with only 2 apartments per level. No one above

Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Appartementanlage, die bereits mehrere Jahrzehnte alt, aber gut erhalten ist. Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist korrekt. Man schaut zwar vom Westbalkon auch auf den Parkplatz, aber der Blick über die Meeresbucht ist sehr schön. Wir waren im Herbst dort, sodass die Appartmentanlage nur teilweise belegt war; dadurch war es angenehm ruhig. Verkehrlärm hört man - trotz der zentralen Lage - praktisch nicht. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Bäcker, im Restaurant, im Spar- oder im Tabak-Laden. Zum nächsten Strand sind es nur 700m zu Fuß; zum Port Niel auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben zu dritt (mit dem zusätzlichen Zimmer) gut geschlafen und viel Platz gehabt; man kann es dort auch sicherlich gut zu viert aushalten. Ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer war schon sehr durchgesessen; das haben wir nicht benutzt. Im Sommer wird es in der Wohnung wohl recht warm; aber der Vermieter hat ausführliche und gute Tipps hierzu. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausgezeichnet. Man sollte sich auf seine Anfahrsbeschreibung verlassen und nicht auf Google-Maps. Die Garageneinfahrt erschien mir zu eng für unser Auto; daher haben wir den Parkplatz vor dem Balkon genutzt. Die Küche war für unsere Zwecke gut eingerichtet, da wir täglich selbst gekocht haben. Biergläser darf man in Südfrankreich nicht erwarten, aber Weingläser, Espressotassen, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen zwar nicht in Luxusausführung, aber umfassend eingerichtet. Man muss 2 Treppen hoch.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub über 12 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist günstig um den Ort Giens und seine Strände sowie Buchten zu erreichen (der genaue Ort ist jedoch in der FeWo Direkt App nicht genau die Adresse). Wir würden jedoch die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Besonders schön sind die Wanderwege mit deren Aussichten um die Halbinsel.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hatte für uns eine tolle Lage. Fußläufig zu zwei Stränden und sie liegt mitten in dem kleinen netten Zentrum von Giens. Im Bett sowie auf dem Schlafsofa konnten wir gut schlafen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon hatten einen tollen Meerblick.

Große geräumige Fewo, mit zusätzlichem Zimmer für Familien zu empfehlen. Super ausgestattet. Klimaanlage im Sommer war genial. Herrlicher Blick auf das Mittelmeer von der Terrasse. 10 Minuten Fußweg zum feinsandigen Strand. Parkplatz zwar etwas eng aber direkt vor der Wohnung. Abnahme der Endreinigung ( auch mit Extrakosten) vor langer Rückfahrt wäre von Vorteil. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt, den wir gern weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank :)

Die 1. Reise an die Cote Azur -in einer schönen, ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnung.

Wer Französisch kann ist klar im Vorteil - aber dank Übersetzungshilfen konnten wir uns schnell zurecht finden. Die franz. Anleitung in Deutsch wäre eine nette Erleichterung. In der Wohnung selbst war alles so wie beschrieben, die Fotos entsprechen der Wirklichkeit - ausser dass das 2. Schlafzimmer zugesperrt war. Wir haben uns einfach damit arrangiert, indem ich im Wohnzimmer auf der ausziehbaren Couch genächtigt habe. Das würde ich das nächste Mal anders machen. Es fehlt definitiv an nichts, vorallem die Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Vielleicht mehr Steckdosen oder Mehrfachstecker wäre noch ausbaubar. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut okay. Vielen Dank und Au revoir.

Une vue pas si belle !

Appartement spacieux , agreable , fonctionnel, cependant mobilier démodé, résidence type HLM années 60 et une vue qui n’est pas celle suggérée par les photos : en face et en contrebas du séjour le parking , les bagnoles ; à gauche et en perpendiculaire un autre immeuble , promiscuité visuelle ; et seulement à droite mais complètement de biais la vraie vue sur mer . En revanche la nuit pas de bruit . Très bien situé non pas à La Polynésie mais à 10 mn à pied de l'Almanarre et à deux pas du village .

Localisation pas assez précise, annoncé dans le lieu nommé La Polynésie, mais en fait au centre du village. Lieu calme et bien situé cependant, avec 1 très belle vue depuis le séjour et la terrasse. Équipements assez complet, manque peut-être juste 1 poêle et 1 casserole de taille moyenne.

Localisation idéale pour parcourir la presqu’île à pied : proximité du sentier littoral , du port de Niel , de la plage de l’Almanarre .Nous avons également apprécié d’être proches de petits commerces . L’appartement est très bien équipé et l’accès à l’Internet est appréciable . Très bonnes relations avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif en cas de soucis . Adresse à conserver précieusement !

Schöne Bucht

In der Wohnung ist alles, was man eventuell brauchen könnte. Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer schön, vom Balkon toll - da sieht man die gesamte Bucht. Zu Fuß ist ein Strand schnell erreichbar, mit Bus oder Rad mehrere. Radwege gibt es nicht wenige, auch wenn da noch Lücken klaffen, die auf Vervollständigung warten. Die Küstenpfade sind sehr schön, stellenweise für uns Alte aber eine Herausforderung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war per Mail immer prompt und gut, die Nachbarin erklärte auch mal kurz was. Man verzeiht, dass von Vormietern leichte Spuren hinterlassen wurden, offenbar mit Kleinkind - da wird es ja immer hektisch am Ende. Eine bezahlte Endreinigung wäre uns vor langer Fahrt auch lieber gewesen. Für deutsches Fernsehen hatten wir zum Glück ein neues Smartphone dabei, Sender/Sendungen sind auch damit begrenzt, streamen geht. Bis in die Nacht einfach auf dem Balkon mit einer Flasche Wein die Aussicht auf die vielen Lichter der Bucht genießen ist sehr schön. Insgesamt also top!
