Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We paid in full several months in advance. I sent multiple messages regarding checking in to the host with zero response. Once we arrived in Sorrento we still had not heard anything and ended up having to get a hotel at the last minute which was very expensive.
