Are you looking for an affordable apartment in the centre of Salou and close to the beach?



The UHC LA CUMBRE 055 will exceed all your expectations. Welcoming and very practical.



It is located 5 minutes on foot from Playa dels Capellans and Playa de Llevant and just a stone's throw from the tourist centre with all services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and entertainment venues. You will be able to walk everywhere and discover everything that Salou has to offer you to enjoy a memorable stay.



Playa dels Capellans has a Blue Flag and is perfect for going with children, there is a very family-friendly atmosphere and a children's playground in the shade of the pine trees, in case they get tired of the sun.



DISTRIBUTION:

- Dining room with air conditioning. It has a double sofa bed.

- Master bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with bunk beds.

- Well-equipped kitchen.

- Bathroom with shower.

- Corner terrace of good size with street views. It has a fan.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Groups are not accepted. Exclusive for families.

- 2 air conditioning split units. 1 in the living room and another in the hall to cool the master bedroom.

- Wi-fi included.

- The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building although by height it is considered a first floor/mezzanine.

- Closed communal area for your peace of mind. With showers and foot wash stations.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
