The place was in a great location - check-in was accomplished without going to the office!! The office staff helped us with city recommendations - the flat was perfect for our small family!!

I had a good stay in the property. Check-in was a bit unpleasant. After a long transatlantic journey I arrived a little less than two hours before the checkin time, they wouldn’t allow me to get in the apartment. Noone was to be disturbed. It’s just a code to allow me in. I had to pay 30 to activate the code two hours before time. I understand it’s the rule, checking is at 3PM. But a client arrives after a very long trip, it would have shown some comprehension to make the code available at 1:15. My sister came for a short visit, 5 days, they charged me 20 extra a day. I was staying 2 weeks myself. That was a surprise to me. Milan is very strict with their garbage disposal rule. No special bags was provided for me to take the garbage out. I ended up having to buy color coded bags.And for a two week stay, they never sent someone to clean/ change the linens for me.I seem to have only complaints. That is not true. I had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable. And administration was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had.
