Ottima struttura nuova con aria condizionata e vari comfort all interno dell appartamento, la struttura è situata in un complesso edilizio con piscina accessibile che la rende buona per il soggiorno. È un po’ noioso portarsi ogni giorno i lettini e l ombrellone dalla camera e poi riportarli indietro la sera. Le pulizie non sono state il massimo e un cuscino era molto sporco al suo interno. Le istruzioni per accedere e soggiornare non sono molto chiare, fortunatamente dei signori ci hanno aiutato a ricercare l appartamento, cosa che fanno spesso con le varie persone che soggiornano, tra i codici manca quello di accesso all autorimessa che serve sia per uscire che per entrare.

Das Apartment ist Teil einer kleineren Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Die Anlage ist recht neu, ordentlich und mit dem Pool und der überdachten Garage wirklich schön. Das Apartment an sich ist modern aber schlicht ausgestattet. Morgens ist frühstücken in der Sonne möglich, wenn es Nachmittags heiß wird, liegt die Terrasse im Schatten. Die Kommunikation wie man Zugang zum Apartment bekommt, haben wir erst auf Nachfrage 5 Minuten vor Ankunft erhalten. Die Beschreibung vom Schüsselkasten zum Apartment ist verbesserungswürdig. Wir haben das Apartment nicht sauber vorgefunden - es schien als ob seit Wochen niemand mehr in den Räumen war. Alles war sehr staubig und in vielen Ecken hätte vorab gefegt werden müssen. Auf eine Reklamation beim Vermieter wurde eine Reinigung "soon" angekündigt. "Soon" war weder innerhalb von 2 Stunden noch wie ebenfalls auf erneute Anfrage am gleichen Abend. Wir haben uns entschieden nach einigen Stunden warten, das Apartment selbständig zu reinigen um nicht im Dreck unsere Sachen auspacken zu müssen. Eine Entschädigung seitens des Vermieters wurde angekündigt allerdings bis heute nicht gezahlt.Die Terrasse konnte durch das Hauptzimmer betreten werden. Die Schiebetür hat nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr funktioniert - dies wurde auch beim Vermieter erfolglos reklamiert. Ein Zugang war noch über das Schlafzimmer möglich.In Summe können wir die Anlage an sich empfehlen, da diese viel Schönes hat und bietet, das Apartment mit dem Vermieter allerdings nicht.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Tolles Objekt mit schönem Pool. Wohnung könnte sauberer übergeben werden.Es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten wie Flaschenöffner, Schere, Mülleimer Bad, Nachttischlampe etc.! Garten ist Kunstrasen, aber schön gestaltet.Bettzeug war fleckig und nur ein kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen 2 Duschtücher.Spülmaschine war da, aber kein Salz oder Tabs. Espressomaschine ist von Dolce Gusto, hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.In 5 Minuten ist man am See.Gartenliegen gehören Schrauben nachgezogen.

Die unterkunft war modern und okay ausgestattet. Sonnenschirm wäre gut gewesen. Mehrfache Botte um einen Zweitschlüssel konnte nichtcerfüllt werden. Einen morgen Steomausfall, den man dann mit whatsapp Anweisung selber lösen musste, indem man in der Anlage einen zentralen Stromlasten finden musste. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter oder Vermieter? Kam nicht um das Problem zu lösen. Man musste siwieso alle wichtigen Dinge wie Zugangscode zum Müll, Internet erfragen. Das war sehr ärgerlich.
