Beautiful 3 bedroom luxury condo on the beach. Large oceanfront master bedroom with deck, 2 large double sink bathrooms with Jacuzzi in master bathroom. Fireplace, panoramic beach and ocean views from living room & master bedroom. Storage Room and outside Shower. Accommodations are: cable connections, living room TV with DVD, 2nd bedroom TV with VCR & 3rd bedroom TV with VCR and Nintendo 64, all rooms have intercom connection with radio, Beach tag for 6, High Chair (for Babies under 2), 2-car garage, Video Library and every amenity. During Peak season there is minimum of 7 day Stay.

Wonderful beach town

Great location, ocean front with a very short walk to the beach. Also very convenient to walk into town for food and shopping. Great set up in the condo, roomy, and nice size bathrooms. Very large master bedroom. Dated decor but has a groovy feel to it. All appliances in good condition.

PERFECT FOR MY FAMILY...LOVED IT!

A lovely clean and comfortable condo. Owners are attentive and communicate. The condo is in a neighborhood of private homes and other condos, very quiet and close to a shopping strip with Acme and take-out restaurants. Pleasantly surprised that the jacuzzi was double-person seating. So peaceful to have ocean views on the deck and within the condo. Only a 1-minute walk to the beach. We hope to return!

Oceanfront Nirvana

Wonderful location, well-equipped condo and an extraordinarily responsive landlord. We loved the ocean and sunrise views from the master bedroom, the proximity to the beach and the balcony where we ate dinner every nignt. Highly-recommended property!

Brigantine Bliss!

This condo is perfectly located - just a short walk to the beach - plenty of space - clean - stocked with whatever you may need to make your stay comfortable - the cabana is also very convenient to store the beach gear. Brigantine is beautiful - we will “shorely” be back!

An enjoyable place to stay!

We just came home from our 10th stay at this condo. The view is wonderful! The condo is always clean and improvements have been made over the years. It is a pleasure to deal directly with the owners and the rental fee is reasonable. It is difficult to leave at the end of our stay! We have already made a reservation for next year. You won't be disappointed!

PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY BEACH TRIP

The apartment was everything that was promised and then some, and the owners were super responsive, honest, and totally pleasant. The unit itself is exactly as described, and everything is well maintained and works perfectly. One of my main concerns when renting someone's residence is cleanliness, but I can assure you that I have never been in a cleaner home. My mother-in-law even deemed the place immaculate, and she keeps her house cleaner than a surgical unit. The apartment building itself is also very quiet and it is obvious that most of the other people there are owners. The only thing that I'd say wasn't represented accurately in the advertisement is that the ocean is even closer than it appears in the photos, and obviously that isn't a bad thing. The area that the apartment is in is perfect for a family beach vacation. Brigantine is almost fully residential and does not have any of the hotels/boardwalk/casinos of nearby Atlantic City in it. Further, since access to the island is limited to one bridge, very few non-residents visit. This all means that the area is mostly inhabited by locals and/or longer term renters and has a super friendly atmosphere that is very safe for kids. There are enough restaurants and shops, however, to give a good number of options for those that are interested. If you're tired of relaxing and want to socialize, one place that I'd recommend visiting, Laguna Grill, is a short walk down the beach from this apartment. They have a nice outdoor setup right on the beach w/ a live band, volleyball nets, bar area, and restaurant with a fun vibe and a good crowd. One feature of the apartment that is a bit of a dual edged sword is that it is towards the northern end of the island where the nature preserve is. On the one hand, nature lovers will enjoy being near this beautiful park, but on the other it means that on days where there's absolutely no breeze that insects can be a nuisance. We simply brought bug spray but if that's not an option, another choice would be to drive five minutes down to the southern end of the island and use the beach there as there are no bugs. The southern end of the island allows a limited number of cars to park in the sand for the day, so that beach can also be fun to visit just for the novelty of it.

What a wonderful week

Beautiful condo..comfortable furniture, great mattresses, gorgeous oceanfront view, wonderful deck. Great ocean view and ocean sounds from both the deck and the master bedroom. Miles of refuge protected beach, the best shore vacation we have had, highly recommended. Roya and Ramin are great hosts, its like staying in their home. The kitchen facilities are modern and wonderful, even with a trash compactor. Could not imagine a nicer place..thank you!!!
