Located between the coast and mountains, this two bedroom property is ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a cosy getaway to North West Wales.

The front door of the end terrace property leads into a small hallway and through to the gorgeous open plan living space beyond. This freshly decorated space is sleek and modern, while retaining some of the historical charm of the building. To the front of the room, two modern grey fabric sofas are laid out in an L shape on wooden flooring, around a central coffee table and facing an inviting log burner built into a fabulous stone chimney breast. With a Smart TV located in the corner of the space, it's a great spot for settling down in the evening next to the fire, catching up on some box sets or having a chat with a glass of wine.

Heading further into the room, a beautifully fitted out kitchen is perfect for a self catering break. This well designed kitchen makes the best use of the space with units to both sides, and a half height wall separating the kitchen from the dining area. With an American style fridge freezer, large electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, there is also ample cupboard and counter space. Wood finished doors contrast nicely with the white stone effect worktops, and stone tiles are laid to the floor. Across the half height wall, a lovely dining area includes a four seater farmhouse dining table. Artwork on the walls feature a coastal theme and windows to both ends of the room provide plenty of natural light. A door from the kitchen leads to a downstairs cloakroom and back door leading out to the small garden.

With a double room and a twin, the layout of the cottage is versatile for different types of groups. The master double bedroom is a spacious room to the back of the cottage. A black metal framed bed is flanked by two modern white bedside cabinets with table lamps. There's a large chest of drawers and open wardrobe for clothes storage, and the grey shades of the soft furnishings match the painted walls. Original wooden floorboards add character to the space, and once again, coastal artwork is present on the walls.
