Here you can have the best of both worlds: 10 min walk from the beach (Parede and Avencas) and 5 min from the train station, where you'll have easy access to the cities of Lisbon and Cascais. Our studio is quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city. With A/C and an equipped kitchen, you'll have all the comfort you need during your stay. Family Holiday

We picked this property to be close to friends & with good connection to Cascais & the surrounding area. Everything was great, the rooms are a decent size & perfect for a short stay. Our only issue was the parking, as staying with young children, we needed access to the car but there were very rarely parking spaces on the road. One day we parked in the kerb, which has no signs to advise otherwise but got a ticket & were almost towed away! Based on the thoughtless parking I see in the rest of Portugal, I assumed parking in front of the property was accepted & it would've been good to be advised otherwise, as we ended up with a fine of €110 for our trouble. Aside from that, we had a comfortable stay... although i will say, like many rental houses, the beds were very hard, so not great for a night's sleep. Knowing the negative points, we would certainly book again though & thank you to our hosts.
