Typical stone farmhouse, immersed in the green of the Maremma hills, a stone's throw from the sea of Talamone. Ideal for a short stay or for a long holiday exploring the Maremma and the Argentario Coast. The nearest beaches are 3-4 km away and are both sandy and rocky. The farmhouse is on two levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room, a masonry kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, a bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft bedroom and an open-plan studio/work area. The property is completed by a large outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue and large private parking
