The stone house is located in a strategic position to reach the town of Porto Ercole a few hundred meters away.
The Feniglia beach is one kilometer, reachable by the cycle path. The port of Cala Galera in two steps. Beautiful view of the 16th century Spanish fort.
Recently renovated and furnished, it is a small jewel of greenery and tranquility.

Bellissima residenza, sembra di essere fuori dal mondo

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bellissima e funzionale villa. La proprietaria è sempre stata disponibile a risolvere ogni tipo di problema cosa davvero apprezzabile. Grande disponibilità per check in-out visto che avevamo con noi al seguito il nostro gommone. Davvero un bellissimo posto.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rilassante perché la casa presenta ogni confort che la rende accogliente e funzionale. Lo spazio esterno, curatissimo, è un vero angolo di paradiso che accresce ulteriormente il pregio della location. La proprietaria, persona pregevole, ha curato con la massima attenzione ogni particolare: arredi, biancheria, elettrodomestici ed impianti (in particolare, condizionatore in ogni ambiente ) riuscendo pienamente nell’obiettivo di far sentire l’ospite a proprio agio. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere le spiagge e il centro abitato di Porto Ercole anche a piedi.
