This cozy house gives to its guests a comfortable place to spend memorable holidays in the island.
With a private salt water pool and just 350 meters away from the beautiful Talamanca beach, it is a great place for families to enjoy the good weather.
It has a beautiful view of Dalt Vila, declared a Unesco world heritage site, and it is walking distance to the lively Marina Botafoch area.
In the ground floor, you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a big salon with access to the terrace.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two of which have sunny balconies; and two bathrooms.
There are 2 machines of air con; one in the living room, and one upstairs. The bedrooms have big ceiling fans as well.
The outside offers a spacious terrace with barbecue and a two-car parking,
In the pool area there is an exterior shower, and a toilet.

Top Lage, aber versteckte Kosten und mäßige Sauberkeit.

Wir haben ein Haus für 8 Personen gesucht und dieses Haus wurde uns angezeigt, sodass wir es gebucht haben. Erst Monate nach der Buchung kam eine Nachricht, dass das Haus nur für 6 Personen ist und pro Person und Extrabett 30 pro Nacht & pro Person zum Preis hinzukämen (sprich 300 extra) - das war in der initialen Anzeige nicht ersichtlich. Es war buchbar für 8 Personen. Außerdem musste vor Ort eine Kaution von 500 in Bar gezahlt werden, was vor Buchung nicht angegeben wurde, erst im Nachhinein.Richtig sauber war es in dem Haus, speziell in der Küche auch nicht. Das Geschirr war dreckig und an den Schränken waren fettige Händeabdrücke zu sehen. Auch die Küchenausstattung (Spülmaschine reinigt nicht mehr ordentlich, Wasserkocher total verkalkt etc.) hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich gelassen. Das WC am Pool war leider gar nicht gereinigt worden vor unserem Aufenthalt.Die Lage des Hauses und der Pool waren super. Auch die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter war gut. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, aber einige Dinge könnten optimiert werden.
