The villa has a large panoramic terrace with Jacuzzi pool with solarium, veranda with dining area, barbecue and wood-burning oven, internal parking with automatic gate.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine,
kitchen with electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher,
hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, heaters, iron and ironing board.
Pets are allowed. In a fully fenced area of the estate there are sheep, mules and donkeys.

green nature of Puglia, in a lush olive grove in the countryside of San
Giovanni Rotondo.
The cottage is introduced by a spacious veranda equipped for outdoor dining, with a fireplace for barbecue, a wood-burning oven for pizzas and bread, and an outdoor sitting area.
The interior of Villetta tra Mari e Monti opens into a large kitchen with a cooktop island and dining room. The kitchen is joined to the living room furnished with sofa, fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and complemented by 2 shower rooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the basement floor.
The outdoor relaxation area is on the panoramic terrace, where there are Jacuzzi whirlpool pool, solarium with sunbeds, telescope to observe the starry sky of Puglia on summer nights.

Villetta
tra Mari e Monti is a country estate nestled in the quiet olive groves
of Puglia, just a few minutes` drive from the center of San Giovanni Rotondo.
The
area is a famous destination for pilgrimages and religious tourism
because of the Shrine of St. Pio of Pietrelcina, but it allows easy
access to beaches on the Adriatic Sea, all the most beautiful ancient villages of the Gargano such as San Michele Arcangelo, the unspoiled nature of the Umbra Forest, and the area of the Lakes of Lesina and Varano. 
 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The use of the shared land is limited to the management of the animals present on the property, in the enclosure. The owner does not live on site.
- One of the bedrooms is located in the basement.
- Presence of external videosurveillance.
