Strangest experience: Turned up the heating and complained it was too hot. Needed to teach him what a radiator was. He even complained about ghosts... then stange lights in the sky?! So bizzare. I thought it was maybe a joke! but the mess after checkout was certainly not; In 4 years i've never needed so much time to clean up. Wet towels dripping on carpets; liquid food waste everywhere - It was really disgusting. They seemed friendly but treated the accommodation with no respect.
