About this property
Johanna House -Zen apartment. Relaxing and enjoying garden view
A place full of warmth with wide windows as if open to the sun.
A generous bathroom whose decor makes you think of the waves of the sea. A superb view of the property's garden and a balcony from which you can watch the sunset.
A generous dressing room available.
Also a desk table where you will find a bottle of water ,tea,coffe ,some pastry.
The aparment is situated in Johanna House villa where we are sharing our home with you.
It has also electric blinds.
You have acces on shared opened spaced as living room,terrace and garden.
The acces to apartment is by stairs.
Obi our dog is present in our life.
The acces is by ring bell and a person is availabe 24 hours to receive guest.
Despite the fact our propreties is not center ville located(abou 6 km),people choose it for warm atmosphere,for great wellcoming and also for our beautifull terrace and garden.
An amazing sunset can be admired on terrace.
Penny market is quite close to our vila.
Afi Cotroceni Mall about 4 km. far
Parliment abot 4 km far.
Near to the villa is a bus station -117 (15-20min till center town)

As a former tourist guide we enjoy traveller and traveling.We love to share with guests our knowledge about Bucharest and Romania .We opened the door villa with joy and happiness.
Why they chose this property
Born in this neighborhood we returned here after many years of living in an apartment.We started build the house for entire familly but everyone " flew"to other farway places.As result of our love people, tourism and travel, was born Johanna House, the name taken from Ioana the property's owner.
After graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies I worked in the field of foreign trade and then starting with 1991 with my husband we had our own business.
We met when we were doing a guide school and the passion for tourism and travel brought us together.
We practiced this wonderful occupation for a while but the roads took us to another area.
The years have passed but the passion for travel has not faded.
On the contrary after building the house too big now, the thought of sharing it with those attracted by travelers or simply with those looking for a warm place to relax has sprung up.
And so many beautiful stories and events happened.
Anniversaries, parties, celebrations were shared with guests from all over the world who felt they were part of the family.
