Sentimos los inconvenientes que ha experimentado durante su estancia, especialmente en relación con la tarjeta de acceso y los aparatos desarreglados.
Sentimos lo de la tarjeta de acceso tarjeta de acceso de repuesto y por la falta de respuesta a los avisos sobre los aparatos. Estos problemas no cumplen con nuestros estándares de servicio y estamos tomando medidas para mejorar la comunicación y la rapidez en la resolución de problemas.
Nuestro equipo de atención está disponible para resolver cualquier inconveniente durante la estancia, y revisaremos nuestros procedimientos para garantizar una respuesta más eficaz en el futuro.
