Within few minutes you can walk to all major ancient sites and experience Athens' nightlife
The apartment is on the first floor of a business building that is why we decided to renovated in 2024 with an industrial interior design.

You are in the heart of touristic Athens , so it can get busy and noisy at any time
We do have double windows though

You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.

There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.

Boiler in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have water

Good place for exploring Athens

Very good location, flat was well cleaned when we arrived and the check-in/-out times are a plus! Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay as a group of four and value walkable distances to all relevant sites.
