There’s a shower room, a wet room and two ground-floor shower rooms. There’s a first-floor kitchen equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a ground-floor kitchen/bar with an electric oven and hob and microwave. There’s a first-floor living/dining room with an electric fire, Smart TV and balcony with furniture, and media room with a Smart TV. Amenities include gas central heating, WiFi, a selection of books and games, fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Outside there’s a private driveway parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and pond, and an enclosed side garden with deck, furniture and hot tub.
