The Space:

Set over multiple levels and recently transformed through a full renovation, Wyke View has been thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, style and entertainment.



The house offers three beautifully appointed super king bedrooms, each with its own en suite, giving every guest a sense of privacy and comfort. A fourth cloakroom WC on the ground floor adds extra convenience for groups.



At the heart of the home is a sophisticated living space centred around a wood burning stove, creating a warm focal point for relaxed evenings after days spent exploring the Lakes. The kitchen has been designed for gathering as much as cooking, with high end appliances including a boiling water tap, wine fridge, ice machine and Sage Barista Pro coffee machine.



A dedicated games room with pool table adds a social element to the home, offering another space to unwind together.



Outside, Wyke View truly comes into its own. The landscaped garden has been designed as a private wellness retreat, featuring a six-person hot tub, barrel sauna, outdoor shower and a dedicated badminton and pickleball court. There are also a charcoal barbecue and outdoor seating for long evenings spent dining alfresco.

The hot tub, sauna, pickleball court and barbecue are all for guest use.

Private driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.

The property is easily reached by car and offers generous private parking.



Windermere train station is a short drive away with connections via Oxenholme to the West Coast Main Line.



Bowness is walkable from the property and local bus routes connect to Ambleside, Grasmere and beyond.



Local taxis are readily available, and we recommend pre-booking in busy periods.



Other Things to Note:

The property is arranged over levels with stairs both internally and externally, so care should be taken when moving around the home and gardens.



The pond and wellness garden features should be enjoyed with care, and children should be supervised at all times.



The hot tub and sauna are for guest enjoyment, but should be used responsibly and in accordance with any guidance provided at the property.
