The front door opens to reveal a luxurious, boutique, home from home, which welcomes guests with its contemporary and high quality finish that is of the very highest standard with superb attention to detail. Choose from one of three magical bedrooms, each with luxury ensuite facilities. The stylish lounge allows guests to relax on the cosy chesterfield sofas in front of the log burning stove. This social space also enables you to dine with family or friends and make memories at the bespoke slate top dining table, set into the bay window overlooking the beautiful gardens.

The social element continues as you step outside the back door into large courtyard overlooking woodland with outdoor sofas and chairs where, on longer days, it is lovely to relax in front of the feature outdoor fireplace, with drinks and fizz!

DETAILED OVERVIEW:

Set behind private, electric gates, there is a satisfying crunch of the gravel under your wheels as you pull into the drive way of Lexington House. Stepping through the front door way, kick off your boots and hang up your coat as this cool, contemporary house welcomes you. The light and airy lounge, with beautiful parquet floor, cosy log burning stove, sumptuous chesterfield sofas and armchairs is just the place to relax with family and friends and the bespoke slate topped dining table set into the bay window adds a very modern twist.

The cool, calm, kitchen sits right at the heart of the home, with its high quality units, integrated appliances and breakfast bar. The first class inventory is complemented by an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/drier.

A choice of three boutique luxury bedrooms leave guest spoilt for choice – all are beautifully furnished with luxurious beds, high quality Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towls and ensuite facilities to ensure they are the most welcoming retreat at the end of the day. The ground floor has a kingsize bedroom and is complemented by a smart ensuite shower room. The two first floor bedrooms are presented as a kingsize and supeking; one with ensuite shower room and the other with a corner bath. The superking may be presented as either a superking or twin beds (please specify when booking).

Private parking is available for up to four cars.
